The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

Everything seems to work correctly, and the intermittent outages (due to QUIC being used instead of HTTP/2 over TCP) have been resolved by disabling QUIC on the Cloudflare tunnel.

Verifying

The switchover has completed and only a small amount of people seem to have cached the NXDOMAIN - most people are fine! We'll continue monitoring the new routing setup for now.
